UNIVERSITY GOVERNANCE

THE CORE VALUES OF SPRINGFIELD RESEARCH UNIVERSITY

Delivering Excellence

Knowledge Creation and Sharing

Technology Supremacy

Success

When we deliver excellence, we give ourselves in a way that exceeds our own expectations; we have made the effort to achieve that level of distinction. In order to deliver excellence, we listen to our clients, define their mission, and recognise code requirements and understand situational constraints.

We generate new knowledge via research, and by sharing and publication we facilitate the advancement of communities by translating this into new products that alleviate suffering and enhance health life.

We continually develop and promote the use of economic cutting-edge technologies that improve the prospect and speed of success of our discovery and translation efforts.

Our success is measured by our ability to create a portfolio of solutions; complete solutions capable of changing established business models. Our focus on customer satisfaction delivers a competence-based trust that turns customers into long term, referenceable accounts.

Stewardship

Integrity

Collaboration

Culture

We are responsible stewards of the talented, settled, and aligned resources provided to us, and of the medical, technological and scientific potential inherent in existing and new knowledge uncovered by researchers throughout the world.

We uphold utmost realiability, honesty and fairness in all our dealings with each other and the rest of the globe. We demonstrate a strong commitment to sustainable and responsible business practices.

We aim to complement and not compete with anyone. We endeavour to syndicate our resources and talent collaboratively to assemble the multidisciplinary teams necessary for successful research and product development.

We strongly believe in management by “tacit interaction”: fostering organisational effectiveness through learning, collaboration, innovation and increasing the effectiveness of our interactions with our clients; suppliers, vendors and our business environment.
